Working Principles
Our GHL series High Speed Mixing Granulator is horizontal type. It uses stirring blade to fully mix powdery materials and adhesive solution inside the cylindrical vessel. After that, the ready mixed materials will be cut into uniform granules by high-speed crusher.

5. The working efficiency of GHL series high speed mixing granulator is 4-5 times higher than that of traditional granulator. The mixing time is two minutes, and granulation time is 1-4 minutes.
6. It meets the requirements of GMP, and can finish the processes of dry mixing, wet drying and granulation in the same container.
